1. Please try typing your name and information VERY slowly and carefully.

It sounds silly, but a large percentage of problems are simply typos. Also make sure that you are entering the ID number that you intend to be using.

2. Double check to make sure that the association has your correct name on file.

Try going here and putting in your first initial and last name, last name and first initial, or even just first and last initials. You will get a listing of every name that matches the partial information you submitted.

If your name is misspelled in the database, we recommend that you go ahead and log in using the information on file. You can contact the association later to correct your name information.

3. If you know that you are correctly typing the correct name, there is likely a problem with your ID number.
