Negotiated Agreement

Friday, July 24, members voted to approve the financial offer of 2% added to the current salary schedule.  (See the new salary schedule here.) There is a potential additional .5% that will be added retroactively to the schedule in January depending on the actions the Colorado Legislature.  We will know if this will be added by January 29, 2010.

Additionally, a few other changes were made to the teacher compensation policy and the mental health compensation policy. The other changes in language are listed below.

Allows a father to take up to 15 days of scik leave for the birth of a child.
